www.techbricks.nl LEGO pneumatic air compressor using large pumps and Power Function motors. The air pressure is regulated by a Power Functions pole reverser switch and a cylinder. www.techbricks.nl technic LEGO pneumatic air compressor tested with a Mindsensor pressure sensor. The Compressor is powered by a RC Buggy motor. It has 4 small pneumatic pumps. One small pneumatic cylinder is pressed out when pressure is building up. At a pressure of 28 psi the cylinder push the pole reverse electric LEGO switch which turns off the motor. Another freebie; this compressor needs some work, but before I spend any money fixing it, I figured I should test the motor and compressor pump. I didn’t want to spend money on a belt, so I made my own; the pulleys will need to be replaced (due to severe damage), and some fittings will need to be replaced (and the Norgren regulator and pressure gauge are also in need of replacement).
