air compressor regulator-sw, can it be fixed or rebuilt or repaired?

emblo airmate twin tank fills up to 200 and then blows the relief valve. turned screw both ways quite a bit. Alot of little parts in there…is it something that can be tackled fairly easily? Maybe just cleaned?sprayed?Now my nailgun seals are shot…help
