I had the compressor, AC receiver drier, condenser, all o-rings replaced and had the system recharged. The clutch seems to be working as it should. The only part I have that was not installed was the expansion valve. At an idle the a/c air is slightly cooler than the outside temp (and I am in southern cal.). I have to be on the freeway for the system to perform as I think it should. Any Ideas?

Could you use a standard air compressor to pressurize water in a vessel to deliver to a self contained sink (5 gallon fresh water and 6 gallon spent water vessels). Using the same compressor could you use it to pump a keg. Looking for cheaper alternative to a CO2 system and water pump.
we bought a 3.5 hp compressor and we want the air compressor to work through the gas generator which generator can pull this type of job?
the air compressor has 220 volt. what will be the best type and kind of generator that can pull this kind of job with out working to hard?
I have a Gree air conditioner, it comes with Cool, heat, fan and Dry mode, the only problem I have is I set the temprature under "Cool" mode to 28 but it doesn’t trip I mean it just gets cooling continuesly which also means that even if temprature is 20 it doesn’t trip whereas I have fixed it to be 28 which means when the temprature reaches to 28, it is suppose to trip and once the temprature goes more then 28 the compressor must start again, get the temprature to 28 and retrip again.
Please help me out with this one, in my A/C I have a few functions such as "I feel" , "Temp", "Sleep". "Turbo", "Timer" .. Does these functions have to do something with that tripping problem?
Thanks waiting for answer.
It seems easy enough, but I’m not an electrician or a heat/air guy. Although the fuse still fits in the slots, the left side of the fuse appears a little melted, including the plastic slot it fits into.
The outside compressor is not working, but the furnace inside is and has no trouble blowing air, it’s just not cold!
And if this is the solution, where do I go to buy one (on Sunday no less, and tomorrow is Labor Day!)
It is common knowledge that the temperature of the air rises as it is compressed. An inventor thought about using this high-temperature air to heat buildings. He used a compressor driven by an electric motor. The inventor claims that the compressed hot-air system is 25 percent more efficient than a resistance heating system that provides an equivalent amount of heating. Is this claim valid,or this is another perpetual motion machine?Explain.
Please sir explain the reason fully

I’ve got this old air compressor, I’ve checked it over and cannot find any specs on it. All writing is worn off, but it still runs great. It’s got about an 80 gallon tank, but I need to find out what cfm it puts out, is there any way to do that? Is there a cheap guage I can buy?
