I want to turn on my house AC today. Even though the fan inside the house is working, the air is not cooling. Then I found out that the fan in the outside Air Conditioning Compressor Unit (York Stellar Extra) did not spin. I could hear “click” which suggested that the compressor was trying to be kicked on but neither the compressor nor the fan was on. Can someone help me to trouble-shoot it? Will change the fuse work? Thanks a lot!!

Pardon the poor sound but believe it or not the truck with all the loud equipment is right in front of the trailer. Normally, it will be located away from, or at least in back of, the trailer. Trailer is painted, and totally standalone now. Generator has been bolted down in the truck. That powers the air compressor (which is bolted in the truck as well) and the air dryer. Another generator powers all the trailer’s (shows) electrical requirements (lights, computer, special effects, etc). We can go anywhere now…………….. and we are just about ready for the FL Film Festival on 3/29 ….. I need two more days ……………………….. phew!!!!!!!!!!! Some poor quality video’s have been posted on youtube. I was just too far away from the trailer but the night shows are really spectacular… Aaron Fechter put together some new material as well as old but these 3 new videos are of the show running WMA files on my laptop…. High tech We had several of our neighbors and their kids attend tonites test preview show. I never thought they would start clapping and waving their arms, but they did ………. Hmmm….. More video’s of the finished trailer in a day or so …. The mobile show is finally totally standalone!!! Ranger with newly rebuilt compressor/clutch. New drier and orifice tube. System was evacuated and charged by shop. Was blowing ice cold for first 2 weeks, but now nothing. Clutch engages and turns. Lines leading out of the compressor are super hot. Lines by drier and evaporator are not cool or sweaty. Low pressure reading this afternoon when it’s about 95 degrees here was 105psi. Don’t have the gauges to test the high side. What gives?
The Michel family has been involved in wine for over generations now. They produce Chablis, from the vine to the bottle. After growing and harvesting, the wine needs to be bottled. This process contains several applications, all needing compressed air or nitrogen. The compressed air is used for bottling the machines, putting on the capsules and labelling. During the bottling, nitrogen is used: first for removing oxygen from the empty bottles, and afterwards to chase the carbon gasses just before capping. The compressed air and nitrogen is provided by a VSD compressor with built-in dryer and a NG7 nitrogen generator. On top they have also 3 filters and some reservoirs. By replacing nitrogen in bottles by a NG while using a VSD, they save money, time and the energy.
