1999 expedition, load level air compressor is loud, you can feel lots of vibration when it comes on, do i need to change a mount or do i have to replace the whole compressor, and if i do replace the pump is there any tricks to the trade or stumbling points or is it a one for one exchange, i know i should replace the dryer also, thanks Tony

I recently purchased the Craftsman oilless air compressor and air guns tool kit. It came with a bottle of oil (and people have told me not to forget to oil after I am done) but I can not figure out WHAT I am supposed to oil. The manuals all say these are oil less tools that don’t require oiling. So…what should I oil????

Pressure Washer Products installed an All-Flo Air Diaphragm Roof Cleaning Pump in a Cargo Mate, 5 x 10 ft enclosed tandem axle trailer with a side door and 5000 lb axle with electric brakes, LED light upgrade and pressure treated wood flooring. The All-Flo, model KE038-B3, air diaphragm pump is powered by a Rigid air compressor. A custom cut to length, Parker air hose crimped with brass fittings and an inline integral filter regulator was installed between the pump and compressor. Two lengths of two hundred feet of Kuri Tec chemical hose for use as a fresh water / rinse hose (blue) hose and chemical application hose (red) are mounted on Titan reels with a stainless steel stack kit. Two horizontal poly leg tanks are seen properly mounted over the axle. The customer chose a 65 gallon tank and 125 gallon tank. Special mixing fittings were mounted in the tanks. A length of 3/4″ ag hose supplies the pump with chemical. Schedule 80 pvc ball valves with viton seals were installed utilizing all Sch 80 pvc fittings where applicable. All hoses were cut to length and crimped using brass hose barbs and brass ferrules. A tank filter was set in place using a pvc sleeve. The advantage of using a flexible chemical supply line attached to a filter will allow the operator to remove the filter and move it another tank or bucket.
